Racesimulator defect bij ontvangst

Blijkt de Racesimulator defect te zijn? Neem direct contact met ons op. Vervolgens kan je de Racesimulator terugsturen. Nadat wij de Racesimulator hebben ontvangen krijg je direct een nieuw exemplaar toegezonden.
We stellen een paar voorwaarden aan het omruilen. De Racesimulator mag niet zijn gebruikt of beschadigd. De Racesimulator moet binnen vijf werkdagen na aanschaf worden geretourneerd en moet verpakt zijn in de originele verpakking, voorzien van een kopiefactuur.

Inhoud niet compleet bij ontvangst

Ugx-shop.com controleert de inhoud van de verpakkingen. Wij kunnen echter iets over het hoofd hebben gezien, waardoor het kan zijn dat een onderdeel van de Racesimulator niet is meegeleverd, zoals b.v. een boutje.

Is dit bij jouw ontvangen Racesimulator het geval? Stuur ons een e-mail waarin je vermeldt wat je adresgegevens zijn en welk onderdeel wij zijn vergeten om mee te sturen. Wij zullen zo snel mogelijk het betreffende onderdeel naar jou toesturen.

Montagefout bij ontvangst

Functioneert de Racesimulator niet naar behoren, of voldoet de Racesimulator niet aan de afleveringsvoorwaarden? Laat ons dan weten wat er mis is aan de Racesimulator. Onze monteurs kunnen jou een duidelijke uitleg geven om een montagefout op te kunnen lossen. Is het helaas niet mogelijk om de fout op te lossen? Dan nog zullen wij komen met een eerlijke oplossing.

Garantie termijn

De garantietermijn die wij afgeven op de Racesimulators  is 2 jaar en is geldig op fabriek fouten. Gebruikersslijtage valt niet onder de garantie. Op transport schade zoals krassen of deukjes wordt geen garantie gegeven. Ugx-shop.com werkt samen met onder andere Postnl.nl om de stoelen zo veilig mogelijk te bezorgen. De factuur is tevens jouw officiële garantiebewijs. Bewaar hem daarom goed.

Race simulator defective upon receipt
Does the Race Simulator appear to be faulty? Contact us directly. You can then return the Race Simulator. After we have received the Race Simulator, you will immediately receive a new copy. We set a few conditions for the exchange. The Race Simulator must not have been used or damaged. The Race Simulator must be returned within five working days of purchase and must be packed in the original packaging with a copy invoice.

Contents not complete upon receipt
Ugx-shop.com checks the content of the packaging. However, we may have overlooked something, so it may be that a part of the Race Simulator is not included, such as e.g. a bolt. Is this the case with your received Race Simulator? Send us an e-mail stating what your address details are and which part we have forgotten to send. We will send the relevant part to you as soon as possible.

Assembly error upon receipt
Is the Race Simulator not functioning properly, or does the Race Simulator not meet the delivery conditions? Then let us know what’s wrong with the Race Simulator. Our technicians can give you a clear explanation to solve an assembly error. Unfortunately, is it not possible to fix the error? Even then we will come up with a fair solution.

Warranty term
The warranty period that we issue on the Racing Simulators is 2 years and is valid for factory errors. User wear is not covered by the warranty. No warranty is given on transport damage such as scratches or dents. Ugx-shop.com works together with Postnl.nl, among others, to deliver the chairs as safely as possible.
